Managing Director/CEO
Julian has over 10 years’ experience within the Waste/Recycling Industry, assisting his father Sam Grasso with business development and grant funding for 30xy Group and Reclaim Waste. Julian co-founded 30XY Group with the goal of delivering great customer service, quality and a family focus to an industry swamped by faceless multinationals. The commitment to be better and keep our clients business’ moving whilst making an effort to be environmentally conscious has helped grow 30XY from a micro business of humble beginnings to a now varied and diversified provider of Waste Management and Environmental Services. Julian has extensive Operational, OH&S, Business Development and Finance experience and is responsible for the sustained growth and direction of all teams at 30XY.
Director
Sam has over 25 years’experience in liquid waste collection and treatment industries. Sam was a successful founder/operator of Complete Liquid Waste Management starting in 2004;many clients still remain with 30XY today. Shortly after Sam co-founded Waste 2 Water Technologies in Somerton, as Plant Manager he was responsible for all operations and gained a vast amount of specialist waste treatment knowledge. In late 2010 Sam co-founded 30XY Group with son Julian and has been Operations Director since day one. He has a vast knowledge of waste collection, treatment, logistics and EPA compliance and is across all operational functions at 30XY.
Financial Controller
Mary has over 15 years’ experience as a business owner and financial controller and is charged with all bookkeeping and payroll functions at 30XY. She has extensive experience within the Waste Management and Treatment sectors and has been an integral part of our growth to date.
Executive General Manager
Michael Bourke is an experienced Executive General Manager with over 25 years in the Industrial Services, Non Destructive Digging, Drain Cleaning, Environmental Resources and Waste Management Industries. Michael has been a successful business owner in the Industrial Solutions Sector, he has held leadership roles with large corporate companies across all aspects of business including General overall Management, Safety Leadership, Financial Management, Operations, Administration, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
During his working career, Michael has managed and over seen multi-disciplinary businesses of up to 80 staff, successfully delivering on complex Industrial contracts across several Tier 1 customers, including, CPB,John Holland Group and several Rail Level Crossing Projects. At 30XY Michael looks forward to providing that family friendly feel with a quality of customer service across all aspects of the 30XY business.
General Manager - Operations
Steve has been involved in all aspects of the Industrial Services industry for over 20 plus years, having worked on and managed works for many Tier 1 customers and many various projects including the Tullamarine Widening Project, Melbourne Airport and several Level Crossing Projects.
Throughout his career, Steve has gained experience both in the field and through various levels of supervision and management, giving him an in-depth knowledge across all aspects of the Industrial Services Business. Steve has been a successful business owner and looks forward to adding to the family values already established at 30XY and continuing to provide the highest standard of customer service.
Operations Supervisor
Lachlan has worked in the Waste & Environmental Services industries for over 6 years with experience on major works for major Tier 1 customers operating and maintaining different types of NDD/Drain Cleaning and Vacuum Trucks. Lachlan is responsible for scheduling and programming works, maintenance activity and co-ordinates training and inductions for all 30XY staff.
Operations Supervisor
Anthony has over 13 years experience working in the Waste & Environmental ServicesIndustry. Throughout his career Anthony has worked on multiple Tier 1 projects including the Tullamarine Freeway Widening, Various Level Crossing Removals and the Wonthaggi Desalination Plant. Anthony is responsible for exceeding customer outcomes on all 30XY projects.
Executive Assistant to Managing Directors
Nicole is an experienced Executive Assistant with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. She has extensive experience in all administrative tasks & is skilled in Technical Recruiting, Market Research, Advanced Reporting, & has a Project Management background. Nicole is an integral part of the 30XY team and is now responsible for all communications and marketing activities for the group.
