A silt from three box culverts needed to be removed
About 300 mm of silt needed to be removed from 3 box culverts. The water level in two ponds on each side of the culverts will need to be lowered in order to use the drain cleaning nozzle effectively.
A sump pump provided by the client was used to drain two adjacent ponds. If used under water, the drain cleaning nozzle looses it's effectiveness and the whole process could take twice as long or can't be done at all. In this case the operators were able to finish the three culverts in one day.
