A Property owner underwent major renovations at his house, which included building a new staircase going from an existing underground car park to the top of his multi storey mansion.
The client encountered a number of issues with the initial excavation work as they could not get any heavy machinery into the property due to weight restrictions, as the only means of entry being via a tennis court, which was on top of the underground car park. 30xy were contracted to hydro excavate an area from the underground car park to the side of property using Non destructive digging. The area that needed to be excavated was approx. 3 metres deep x 8 metres wide x 10 metres long.
30xy successfully completed the project within budget and the client was extremely happy with the end result. 30xy supplied multiple units and operators over the course of the project and finished work within the required timeframe. A number of challenges were encountered over the duration of the project such, access issues and the need to supply additional resources at short notice, in order to complete the work. At the completion of the project, 30xy successfully removed over 100 cubic metres of mud from the work area. In the end 30xy saved the client both time and money by providing them with alternative solutions.
